I don't have either but my opinion is that American Girl knows people might notice the difference between them and they make two different ones.

Yes, they are the same. DD has Polly and a neighbor friend has the AGOT itty Bitty baby. I was disappointed that AG does not sell the AGOT outfit seperate tho.

She is a cute addition to a collection, my girls get a kick out of how Felicity chose the name Polly.
